Q: Are you guys accessible from an interstate highway or major airport?
A: Cashed Out Vintage is easily accessible from I-90 (Mass Pike Exit 54 going West from Boston MA / Exit 51 going East from Albany NY) and I-291. We are less than 10 minutes away from Downtown Springfield and approximately 30 minutes away from Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks, CT.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently only ship domestically within the United States. We use USPS & UPS shipping services for all online orders and provide tracking numbers to our customers by email once their orders have been fulfilled. We plan to ship internationally in the future.
Q: Do ya'll do consignment?
A: We've transitioned from a traditional consignment service to a buy, sell & trade location. This is both better for us and to you as the customer because there is no waiting for you to get paid for your items selected by our buyer. We pay cash in hand, same day trades, and offer store credit. We offer the best rates in the area for the cash out and store credit options. Q: Can I return an item after I purchase it?
A: No, unfortunately ALL SALES are FINAL. Once you purchase any item(s) from us we will not accept it back for a refund or exchange for any reason so please make sure you absolutely love the item you are about to buy and/or ask any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org or on our Customer Support Channel on Twitter before making your purchase. Our Return Policy can be found in our Quick links section and at Checkout.
Q: Why are you guys so hard to find?
A: Our location is kind of obscure as we are not in a traditional store-front setting but rather in an industrial complex filled with artists, shops, offices, manufacturers, (and one kick ass brewery!) but we pride ourselves on being a 'hidden gem' or a 'best kept secret', so if you are willing to come out then you can find our location and hours on our homepage and updates on our Instagram page.
Q: How do I request my online purchase to be steamed before being shipped?
A: Please use the "Special instructions for seller" box shown after placing the item(s) in your cart. Again, this will add an additional 24 hours to our standard processing time and your purchase before being shipped.
